Brinker Brown Fastener & Supply, Inc., an EOE employer, has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, self-motivated full time Office Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy a smoke-free and drug-free work environment.
The candidate must be detail oriented, versatile, computer literate and be able to multi- task. They must be able to work independently, with management and with other departments to include Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse.
Candidates will not be considered without a recent resume and a completed assessment test.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Post invoices
• Reconcile monthly American Express statement
• Reconcile Petty Cash
• Reconcile the GE Capital account weekly
• Open new credit accounts
• Prepare Notice to Owners letters and Lien Releases
• Prepare Small claims paperwork
• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax
• Update Warranty Repair spreadsheet, keeping track of all claims and credits
• Order office, janitorial and paper supplies
• Update employee contact, emergency contact and phone list
• Creating internal memos, flyers, bulletins; signs and price lists for the showroom
• Daily credit card batch out, make sure all drawers balance
